Yes, This was just a mistake by the auto ban. I was running out of the Ammunation and I parked on the checkpoint. I guess it thought I wanted to go back in. Well, I started falling after entering it again, Then I ended up in the ban jail. Now I am making this appeal to you.

You were caught first by Martin teleporting out of a shop you just started to rob; and again by me as I approached you robbing the drug house in Calton heights.
I will not unban you; it is up to Jon to unban you if he feels that you were unfairly banned.

I don't use any clients. What I don't get is how you are going to say you saw me. When I know for a fact that I did not.

Is there a way you are confused with the fact that when you select "Attempt to Rob" That it makes you jump to the safes? Please, I want to get this resolved and figure out how this can be fixed.

Is there a way you can access the log files? I will put everything on that I jump when ever I start to rob.

Oh I'm completely aware of how robbing places works. You started robbing the drug house, which in turn, teleports you to the safe out the back; and I saw you there, as I approached you on my NRG; suddenly, you weren't there, not on the minimap, not in the area; nowhere. I gave you ample opportunity to explain yourself, and Kyper did as well; you ignored everyone.
Does that sound like something an innocent person would do?
I'm not unbanning you, and I have no need for those credentials.

I'm sorry if you think I'm up to something, But from me to you now that you have made up your mind, I'm sorry that you think I was teleporting. I can't explain why you didn't see me leave. But I assure you sir that had no intention of using hacks, nor do I have any installed.
I offered to let you to search my computer, and you refused. So I don't know what else I can say.

I really like this server. Why else would I have asked ingame about the server stats? I was planning on donating $20 next week. But I suppose I'm more than likely going to be banned if the admins think I'm a cheater.

I'll take those points into consideration.
I myself don't have the power to unban you, but I can see that you are quite upset by the dilemma.

I just ban on exactly what I witness in game, that's is what I was promoted for; and that's what I do.
I only acted on you like such, because that's what I witnessed, and the fact that you never replied just seemed way too suspicious. No one was even sure you spoke English until this thread.

I acted rationally to the ban; but seeing as how well you behaving here; I will +1 you for a second chance and unbanning.

But irregardless; when Jon or Demen read this thread, they should remove the ban, as it is not within my power to do so.

Like I said, I love this server and would do nothing to jeopardize my stay here.
I hope this whole ordeal doesn't reflect against me in the future.

I hope that was he says is true; and what I witnessed was in fact just glitches or lag; or something that isn't hacking.
If I see anything suspicious in regards to him, I will report it if need be; but he sounds remorseful towards this matter.
So i guess this is a second chance; which are rare, but deserving.
